Irys Lite
$19.99/month
The on-ramp for lawyers exploring legal AI. Full platform with caps, designed for evaluation rather than daily practice.
Why flat, not metered
$299 is the price. No token billing. No surprises.
Anthropic moved every Claude Enterprise contract to per-token billing in April 2026. The $20 sticker is platform access only. Every input and every output token is billed on top at API list rates. For lawyers doing real work, the math gets ugly fast.
Claude Enterprise · real all-in
Legal Cowork runs heavier than dev work on every dimension. PDF and exhibit ingestion, citation-grounded research, agentic contract review. Anthropic's own published Claude Code benchmark of $13 per active day is measured on software engineers. Lawyers run higher.

$2,000–4,000+
Irys analysis, built up from Anthropic's published Claude Code benchmark and Sonnet 4.6 list pricing. The $20 sticker is fiction for any attorney doing real practice work.
Irys One, real all-in
Every seat. Every module. Every matter. No token caps, no usage tiers, no overage line. We absorb the model math so you do not have to budget for it. One predictable line item.
$299

And on Claude DIY, the build burden lives above the token line.
Raw Claude is the foundation-model layer only. Legal-specific skills, citation verification, matter context, audit trails, integrations to iManage and Westlaw and Outlook, skill versioning across every model release, and a Word integration where lawyers actually live. All of it lives above Level 1.

Am Law 100, 250 attorneys

What happens at renewal
The price you sign today is the price at renewal.
Wrapper-based legal AI products pay frontier-lab list rates on every query. That cost base creates structural pressure on pricing. Anthropic moved Claude Enterprise to per-token billing in April 2026, setting the precedent across the foundation-model market. Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel, and Spellbook have not introduced per-token billing yet. Current contracts often include intro discounts. Add seats, upgrade tiers, or hit a renewal cycle, and the math is not guaranteed to stay where it started. Wrapper economics make repricing a question of when, not if.
Irys is structurally different. Our cost base is not set by a frontier lab. The proprietary infrastructure absorbs roughly 80% of the work before any model is called, which is the structural reason we can offer one number per seat with no token billing and no usage caps. Annual customers lock in the rate. No surprise repricing at renewal, no overage line item, no upsell pressure. We are not a product that needs to migrate you to a more expensive tier to keep margins intact. We are the partner.

Privilege is an architecture decision, not a policy.
Client data never touches a frontier model's training pipeline. Zero retention is contractual, not a checkbox. Every AI action is logged to a full ethics audit trail attached to the matter. not a separate system, not a manual export. Tenant isolation means your matter data is cryptographically separated from every other firm on the platform.
This is why firms with privileged work use Irys One without a separate compliance review for every matter. General AI can't get there without a bespoke enterprise contract. Consumer Claude and ChatGPT aren't designed for it at all. See the full privilege & security breakdown →
At $299 a month, Irys One is the only option with a legal-native platform anda flat rate that doesn't punish heavy use. We priced it where our costs are, not where the market is.
Architecture
We're built different.
