What happens when team features launch?+
Your $299/month rate stays fixed. Multi-user features ship as part of Irys One — not as a separate upgrade. You keep paying $299 while new customers signing up after launch pay more. This is a one-way window — once team features ship publicly, everyone who signs up after pays the new rate.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation is self-serve from your account. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing cycle, and your data is preserved for 90 days in case you come back.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% — $3,049 per year instead of $3,588.
Is Irys SOC 2 compliant?+
