Partners must disclose their relationship with Irys when recommending the platform. in social media, articles, emails, and all public communications. This is an FTC requirement.
Lead Consent
Before registering a deal, partners must have explicit consent from the prospect to share their information with Irys. Consent is recorded at deal registration.
Deal Registration Rules
Deals must show progress every 30 days. Stalled deals may expire. Certain enterprise accounts managed directly by Irys are excluded from partner registration.

How and when do I get paid?
Quarterly via ACH. We pay out commissions for any deal that has been live for at least 60 days (to cover refund / churn period). You will see pending, eligible, and paid amounts in your portal in real time.
What counts as my deal?
Whichever partner registered first wins, as long as the prospect was not already in our active pipeline. From the moment you register a deal in your portal, you have 90 days of exclusive protection. As long as the deal shows progress (response, demo scheduled, proposal sent) the protection extends.
Do I have to disclose I am an Irys partner?
Yes, every time. If you are being compensated for recommending Irys, you must disclose that to your audience before or at the point of recommendation. This is an FTC requirement. Your portal includes a Disclosure Guide with pre-approved language for every channel and a Cover Sheet you attach to any forwarded materials.
Can I co-brand the materials I send to prospects?
Yes. The portal includes a generator that produces co-branded one-pagers, pitch decks, comparison sheets, ROI calculators, and intro letters in your name. Static overview PDFs (security, technical architecture, practice-area briefs) are also available for download.
Can I demo Irys to prospects?
Yes. Try the Irys platform at sandbox.irys.ai/dashboard. It is the actual product, populated with sample matters and documents. Screen-share it on calls or hand the URL to a prospect to explore on their own.
What if my prospect is already an Irys customer?
If the prospect is in our active pipeline or already a paying customer, the deal is not eligible for commission. You will see this when you register the deal. If the prospect later expands the contract substantially because of your introduction, we will work with you on a custom arrangement.
What is the typical conversion rate?
Across our partner cohort, qualified introductions to firms with 1-20 attorneys close at roughly 30-40% within 60 days. Solo and small firms move fastest because they make their own buying decisions; mid-size firms involve more stakeholders. We share specifics on partner calls.
What if I just want to refer one or two people, not run a program?
