Where the policy comes from
The sections that turn on your state are assembled from published guidance: your state bar's ethics opinion or court rule, its competence rule, its continuing-education requirement, and the AI sanctions on record in its courts. Those sections link the source they came from, with the date we last checked it. The rest is ordinary policy drafting, and the document says so where it applies.
It is a starting draft. A lawyer at your firm has to read it, cut what does not apply, and add what your practice needs before you adopt it.
