The Managing Partner PacketWhen your managing partner still says no.
Five objections your managing partner raises, answered honestly, plus a pilot structure that lowers the stakes for the one who has to say yes.
The symptom, as lawyers describe it
What it looks like
You forwarded the packet. It did not close it.
Your managing partner read everything and still said no, or not yet, or bring me something smaller.
You are back to making the case again next time.

Five objections, honest answers
What changes
1. "It will train on our data." Customer content is not used to train Irys or any third-party foundation model, unless a firm expressly agrees to that in writing. Ask for the specific DPA clause before you treat this page as the contract.
2. "We do not know where our files sit." Customer content is logically segregated by organization. Irys is designed so one customer's content is not intentionally pooled with another's. That is organizational isolation, not a claim of separate encryption keys per tenant.
3. "Nobody will actually follow a new policy." Fair. See "A policy people follow." An approved tool changes the odds. It does not guarantee compliance by itself.
4. "We do not have budget for an enterprise negotiation." Published pricing is $299 a month. No custom quote, no waiting on procurement to start.
5. "Let's write our own AI policy first." Fair. The policy generator produces a first draft from your state's bar guidance to review, instead of starting from a blank page.
Pilot structure, in plain terms: One practice group. Real matters, not a sandbox. A fixed number of weeks the firm chooses up front. Judged against the same five objections above, not a vendor's own scorecard.
