1. Ask what tool they used and whether they fed it any of your firm's prior documents. That tells you what to expect structurally before you open the file.
2. Check defined terms first. AI-drafted contracts often reuse a definition inconsistently across sections, that is where the real risk hides.
3. Check any cited statutes, regulations, or referenced case law before the substance review.
