The published policy
Brooklyn Law School's Code of Academic Responsibility (revised February 14, 2024), Section G, bars use of any AI chatbot (naming ChatGPT, Bing AI, Jasper Chat) on any assignment, competition, or exam unless the instructor expressly permits it. Unauthorized use is treated as unauthorized assistance and a failure to do one's own work, an Honor Code violation. Brooklyn Law is a freestanding school, so no separate university-wide policy or carve-out applies.
