Iqidis is now Irys.

In March 2026, Iqidis, Inc. rebranded to Irys. Same Delaware corporation. Same team. Same platform. Same security certifications. New name.

The legal entity remains Iqidis, Inc., headquartered at 3 Columbus Circle, Floor 15, New York, NY 10019. All existing contracts, agreements, and subscriptions remain in full effect under the Iqidis, Inc. entity.

Why the change?

Irys is easier to say, easier to spell, and easier to remember. As we grow beyond our initial user base, we wanted a name that reflects what the platform does — provide clarity and insight for legal work — without requiring an explanation of how to pronounce it.

What changed?

• Brand name: Iqidis → Irys
• Product name: Iqidis → Irys One
• Website: iqidis.ai → irys.ai
• Platform: core.iqidis.ai (unchanged for now)

What did not change?

• Legal entity: Iqidis, Inc. (Delaware)
• Your account, data, and subscription
• SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA Ready certifications
• The team, the technology, and the roadmap
• Zero data retention policy and all security commitments
