Quick Actions
Quick Actions are the pill-shaped shortcut buttons below the AI Assistant input bar. Each one drops a pre-built prompt into the input so you can launch a common task without typing it out every time.
Default Quick Actions
Out of the box:
| Quick Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Draft an NDA | Generates a non-disclosure agreement from your matter context and any details you add. |
| Create a Policy | Produces a company policy tailored to your topic (data privacy, acceptable use, remote work, and so on). |
| Generate a Contract | Creates a contract draft from the parameters you supply — parties, terms, governing law. |
| Write Terms and Conditions | Drafts terms and conditions for a product, service, or website. |
| Draft a Cease and Desist Letter | Drafts a formal cease and desist letter — for example, for intellectual property infringement. |
Using a Quick Action
Click any Quick Action to insert its prompt into the input bar. Depending on the action, the AI may ask a few follow-up questions — party names, jurisdiction, specific terms — before it generates the output. You can also edit the inserted prompt to add instructions or context before sending.
Customizing Quick Actions
You can change which Quick Actions appear and in what order:
Open the editor
Click the pencil next to the Quick Actions row to enter edit mode.
Add, remove, or reorder
Add a new action with a label and the prompt it triggers, remove ones you don't use, or drag to reorder.
Save
Save to apply your changes. Your set persists across sessions.
Turn the prompts you reuse most into Quick Actions — "Draft a motion to compel," "Summarize a deposition transcript" — so a multi-sentence instruction becomes a single click.
