Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you land on after signing in. It gives you a single surface to resume recent work, launch any tool in the platform, and manage your account.
The Dashboard is organized into three tabs:
| Tab | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Command Center | Resume recent work — chats, research, and matters — and jump into the tools you use most |
| All Tools & Integrations | Browse every active tool with a short description of what each one does |
| Settings | Account security, interface preferences, and the referral program |
A persistent header runs across all three tabs with a personalized greeting, the global Search (⌘K), a Learn More entry point that opens guides for the page you are on, and a My Desk button that opens your personal workspace.
First time in? The Start Tour prompt on the Dashboard opens the Interactive Demos dialog — guided walkthroughs of every major tool. See the Guides page for the full overview of in-product learning surfaces.
Command Center
The default tab. Built for resuming work without hunting through menus.
Three recent-activity panels surface the most recent items in each surface:
- Recent chats — your latest AI Assistant threads
- Recent Researches — your latest research sessions and saved cases
- Recent Matters — the matters you last touched
Below the recent-activity row, quick-launch tiles open the practice tools you use most often — Sign, Multi-Doc Analysis, Drafting Assistant, Compare, and Template Builder. Each tile lands you directly in the tool, ready to start.
All Tools & Integrations
A directory of every tool available on your plan, each with a short description and a launch button.

A Coming Soon section at the bottom of this tab previews tools and integrations in development.
Settings
Account-level controls for the user signed in. Settings is organized into three groups.
Security
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sign-out on inactivity | Choose how long your account stays signed in when idle |
| Change Password | Update the password on your account |
| Two-Factor Authentication | Enable 2FA using an authenticator app for an additional sign-in step |
For organization-level security policies — SSO, role-based permissions, audit trails — see Organization Management.
Interface preferences
Control how the platform responds to your inputs.
- Prompt Submission Shortcut — choose between Shift + Enter to submit (Enter creates a new line) or Enter to submit (Shift + Enter creates a new line). Pick whichever matches your typing habits in other chat tools.
Referrals
Earn credits or cash by referring new users. Standard Referrals is live today. See the full Referrals section below for mechanics.
The left sidebar — navigating between tools
The left sidebar is the primary navigation rail on every page in Irys One.
The sidebar groups your tools into two stacks:
- Practice Tools — every tool listed on the All Tools & Integrations tab. Click any tool to open it in the main workspace.
- Chat History — your AI Assistant threads, organized into All, Pinned, and Matters tabs so you can filter by recency or context.
You can pin a conversation by clicking the pin icon next to its title — pinned chats appear in the Pinned tab and on the Command Center.
The sidebar collapses to an icon-only view when you need more workspace area.
The Search button in the header (⌘K) opens a global command palette that searches every matter, document, conversation, and tool. Faster than clicking through the sidebar when you know what you are looking for.
My Desk and the right panel
The right side of the interface houses My Desk, a contextual panel that adapts to whatever you are working on. Open from any page using the My Desk button in the header.
When you are in a Matter, My Desk shows related documents, recent conversations, and key dates. When you are inside a practice tool, it surfaces relevant settings and output history. See My Desk for the full breakdown.
Referrals
The Referrals program lives in the Settings tab. Refer new users with your unique link, and Irys rewards you when they become paying customers.
Standard Referrals
| Element | Detail |
|---|---|
| Reward | $50 credit per referral |
| Trigger | The referred user makes their first non-trial payment |
| Stackable | Yes — 5 referrals equals one free month at $249 |
| Cap | No limit on the number of referrals |
| Where it is applied | Automatically adjusted on your next invoice |
Your referral assets
From the Referrals page in Settings, you can:
- Copy your Referral Link — a unique URL keyed to your account
- Copy your Referral Code — the short code embedded in the link
- Share via Email — open a pre-filled email with your referral link
Tracking your referrals
The page surfaces three live counters:
- Total Referrals — converted versus pending
- Earned credits — your dollar balance and progress toward a free month
- Current Stripe balance — connects once you link Stripe
A Referral History table below lists every referral by name, email, signup date, status, and reward earned.
Additional referral tiers, including a higher-payout tier for power referrers and custom rewards for bar associations, CLE programs, and firm-wide rollouts, are surfaced on the Referrals page as they become available.
