Sign up with your work email or continue with Google. You will land directly in the product after email verification.

What happens on Day 7

When your trial ends, Irys does three things:

1. An in-app paywall opens. It gives you a simple two-button choice: Upgrade to Irys One ($299/month) or Continue with Irys Lite ($19.99/month). A quieter "Need more time? Talk to our team" link is below.
2. Your work goes read-only. You keep access to your existing Matter, documents, drafts, and chat history. You can export anything at any time. You cannot send new AI messages, create new matters, upload, or generate drafts until you pick a plan.
3. Email reminders. We email you two days before the trial ends, on the day it ends, and a week after if you have not picked a plan. No countdown timers, no false urgency.

Purchase Now — skipping the trial

If you already know you want Irys One or Irys Lite, you can skip the trial and go straight to paid via Purchase Now. Available on Irys One and Irys Lite today, and on Irys Teams the moment that plan ships. Enterprise customers always work through our team.

Purchase Now opens secure checkout pre-filled with your selected plan. After payment, you land inside the product immediately, in the paid state, with no trial-gated state to graduate out of.

If you do not pick a plan

If you do not pick a plan at trial end, your account stays read-only for 90 days. During those 90 days:

• You can read every matter, document, draft, and AI conversation
• You can export everything as a ZIP archive at any time
• You can come back and pick a plan with one click. matters, documents, drafts, and chat history return exactly as you left them

After 90 days the data deletion cascade begins. Reactivation after that point requires support and may not be possible once deletion completes.

Frequently asked

Do I need a credit card to start the trial? No. You can start the 7-day trial without entering payment. If you choose a plan at the end, you add a payment method then. You will not be charged automatically.

Can I upgrade mid-trial? Yes. You can upgrade to Irys One (or move to Irys Lite) at any time during the trial. If you upgrade mid-trial, the paid plan starts when the trial would otherwise have ended. you do not lose the remaining trial days.

Can I cancel during the trial? There is nothing to cancel during the trial — you have not been charged. If you decide not to continue, you can just let the trial expire. If you want to clear your data sooner, contact support@iqidis.ai.
